This old-school Aussie suburban home has been transformed from an ugly duckling to a beautiful swan by the girls of Three Birds Renovations. Its 1960’s era design lacked charm, character or a flowing space and it had very little appeal.

Three Birds Renovations have undertaken a bold extension to bring the size and features into now for a modern-day family.

Intrim SK59 skirting boards and architraves feature throughout the home. Three Birds chose a daring size of 230mm for skirting and 115mm for architraves.

Three Birds loved the profile used in this home describing it as “The minimal detailing at the top makes the skirt look taller and the simple profile connects seamlessly with the architrave to make it look like one chunky piece of framing.”
