Porters Plainland Hotel
An iconic 100 year old hotel nestled in the beautiful Lockyer Valley west of Brisbane was significantly expanded with the new design complementing the pub's country warmth.
A sprawling seven-acre Queensland property that has been owned by the Porter family since 1948 received a much earned upgrade.
Doubling in size, Plainland saw the addition of a versatile function space, gaming room and 16 new motel rooms.
Intrim supplied Intrim SK384 in 3 sizes (135mm,90mm and 66mm) used for Skirtings, Architraves, Chair Rail and Cornice around the roof. Intrim IN22 Inlay Mould in the hallway for the wainscoting.
Intrim’s Connecta Rail handrail system in Victorian Ash was used on the stair cases.
