Nantucket Cape Cabarita
Soft, timeless taupe & deep earthy greens & aubergine set the tone for this ageless interior, elevated in luxurious feel with custom flooring, thoughtful artwork & detailed mouldings.
Cape Cabarita was built in 1998 offering large, luxury apartment living in the prestige harbour-side suburb of Cabarita. The foyer areas were in dire need of a redesign and St James Whiting Design tackled the task.
Much thought was put into the design, with colours, textures and patterns used being inspired by the surrounding waterways and gardens. Custom made carpet was designed for the site, inspired by local foliage, which gives the interior an international appeal.
Wainscoting wall panelling throughout gives the illusion of greater height and provides a sense of luxury on arrival. It adds to the air of opulence and glamour.
The team at St James Whitting chose Intrim SK98 skirting board in 230mm and 90mm for architrave with Intrim IN23 inlay mould to create the wall panelling.
