We are looking for an outgoing and driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a friendly and highly competitive environment. Based in Picton NSW, the role forms part of Intrim’s front-line sales team, pursuing short-term sales results and nurturing longer-term client relationships to steadily grow sales from allocated projects and opportunities.

What you will do for us:

• Qualify leads for quotations.
• Make nice with the Customer Care Team to undertake estimating.
• Follow-up customers and smash your KPIs.
• Make sure samples get sent to the right people.
• Understudy for our BDMs, ready to take the stage for commercial and residential sectors when needed.

From day one you can:

• Read and write English real good.
• Tell us about times customers have high-fived you for awesome customer service.
• Be a serious player in a highly-competitive environment (in both sales and bad jokes).
• Pick your moments to be playful, serious, empathetic and hilarious.
• Set cruise control on your typing to 60wpm or higher.
• Be fully jabbed in accordance with our COVID-19 Policy.
• Climb stairs.
