Are Skirting and Architrave the same profile?

Yes, every profile code can be used for both skirting and architrave. The only difference is that the architrave typically will be of a smaller height when compared to the skirting of the same profile. For example, SK498 is both a skirting and an architrave, but the architrave will be of a smaller height (66mm, 90mm, or 115 mm) while skirting can have a height up to 285mm.
