Apartment living never looked so good! This gorgeous home which overlooks Sydney Harbour is all about class and elegance and has undergone an extreme makeover. You’ll be shocked by the transformation and Intrim couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of it.

AlphaMade was the design and build team who expertly undertook this renovation using Intrim IN16 inlay mould to create the gorgeous Wainscoting panels in the living room. These panels also extended to cover a secret door which has become a popular design element of late. The hallways of this apartment also had a makeover with IN16 inlay mould, CR12 chair rail and SK450 skirting boards and architraves adding the perfect amount of detail and creating a flow between rooms.

The owner Phil really felt that it was the timber mouldings that provided the greatest investment.  “The mouldings easily get the most compliments and, in my opinion, made the most impactful difference…The mouldings were the most inexpensive and time-efficient feature to purchase and install. They really gave the space the much-needed character that was lacking when I purchased the property.”

Before & After Living Room

 

Is it even the same space? This living room has undergone an incredible before and after. The use of IN16 inlay mould to create large wainscoting panels really gives this room an air of modern luxury with the panels perfectly framing the artworks around the walls.

This hallway is nearly unrecognisable with CR12 and IN16 inlay mould adding the perfect amount of detail to the walls as well as offering protection in this high-traffic area. SK450 skirting boards and architraves provide the finishing touches.
