Luxury Hotel Refurbishment

This prestigious 5 star hotel, formerly Ritz Carlton of Double Bay, was restored and refurbished to its former glory by Shape Fitout and Refurbishment (formerly ISIS).

A building rich in celebrity history and the former playground of the wealthy and famous, had all but been left to disintegrate prior to it’s incredible renovation to resore its former elegance and glamour.

With over 45 timber mouldings profiles required to be replicated to match existing profiles including wainscoting, chair rails, Skirting boards and architraves, Intrim Mouldings manufactured to precision, delivering on tight time frames.

Along with a number of custom profiles, the following Intrim profiles were used; Intrim SK214, Intrim SK793, Intrim CR16 chair rail, Intrim CM40 Cornice Mould, Intrim SK596, Intrim SK209, Intrim SK781, Intrim SK210 and Intrim IN41 Inlay Mould.
