Three Birds Renovations are taking us on a spectacular journey far from our everyday lives to the Spanish isle of Mallorca. Transforming a tired home into a Mediterranean dream featuring rendered walls and plenty of curves and arches that replicate the small coves along the Mallorca coastline.  Traditional Spanish touches like terracotta vases pair beautifully with modern furnishings and appliances. The curves are everywhere from the doorways to the staircase and of course the pièce de résistance – Intrim’s new Casa Trim WB42A -WB42B ceiling/wall batten. A versatile feature that will work well in any home, with the lush, scooped lines immediately drawing the eye. SK803-804 Shadowline skirting boards and HR40 half rounds also feature in this home carrying on the curve revolution and proving it’s the details that make a house a home.

Girl’s Bedroom & study reveals

HR40 half rounds created the decorative door details on the wardrobe of this bedroom.

Curved SK803-804 Shadowline skirting adds sleek, minimalistic detail to this space. Flush with the wall and fitted over the timber flooring, the smooth paint finish on the skirting boards contrasts the rough render of the wall. This variation in the texture delivers a subtle visual distinction to the base of the wall.

HR40 half rounds were ingeniously used to create the legs of this study desk.

 

Kitchen, Dining & Lounge Reveal

Let us introduce you to the Casa Trim WB42A -WB42B ceiling batten. A statement in itself, this ceiling/wall batten transforms a boring ceiling into a statement piece.
