Located in Retford Park Estate this new build by Waratah Building has a lot of old-world charm and was inspired by the historic Highland cottages. The Federation/Victorian architecture used both externally and internally gives this five-bedroom home character with Intrim Mouldings used to add style and value.

The mouldings used in this home add those finer details that you want to see in a historically inspired build. Two wainscoting styles feature in this home; Raised Panel wainscoting was used in the entry, kitchen, dining and hallway spaces whilst Board and Batten wainscoting made its grand appearance in the bathroom in deep royal blue. SK945B skirting boards and architraves show off a beautiful profile with plenty of details and partners beautifully with SB01 skirting blocks. SN23 sill nosing also features around the windows in this home adding a beautiful sill detail that is true to historical houses.  Intrim Mouldings helped add an established charm and history to this new build.

A first-class entrance that immediately feels welcoming and stylish and shows off Intrim’s Raised Panel wainscoting created using CR99 chair rail and IN09 inlay mould.

 

Kitchen

This open-plan kitchen area features plenty of Intrim Mouldings including SK945B skirting boards and architraves and SB01 skirting blocks.

 

Living Room

Raised Panel wainscoting and SK945B skirting boards feature in the living/dining space.

 

Hallway

Want to add impact to your hallway? Wainscoting is a fantastic way to achieve this and doubles as wall protection for a high-traffic area of the home.

 

Bedroom

This Tropical-inspired bedroom is a holiday in itself. SK945B architraves frame the window and are paired with SN23 sill nosing.

 

Bathroom

 

The royal blue painted Board and Batten wainscoting was created using CR99 chair rail and DAR, beautifully complementing the exotic wallpaper and claw foot bathtub.
