The design concept was driven by materials and colour, with a palette that blends warm browns, ochres, and earthy greens grounded by rich walnut timbers and softened with layers of warm white. To enhance the interiors’ organic flow, Intrim’s SK23 skirting and architrave profile was selected for its clean, curved design — perfectly suited to modern, mid-century, and coastal-inspired spaces. Its soft and subtle curves complement the apartment’s rounded architectural features and layered finishes, adding understated definition throughout.

A standout detail is the custom curved SK23 architrave in the ensuite, which showcases the versatility and craftsmanship of Intrim’s decorative timber mouldings.
