This time they team up Bonnie’s right hand designer Louisa on her dream home in the rural outskirts of Sydney’s North West. Anchored by the Australian bush, this home is inspired by holiday destinations and design elements from around the world and is literally the owners’ dream holiday brought to life, at home. Think relaxed, coastal holiday vibes with luxe resort touches. It’s the ultimate Australian Staycation. You would not miss travel either, if you were lucky enough to have this dream home.

The Main House

Episode 6 – Study, Hallway, Guest Bedroom, Guest Bathroom, Upstairs ‘hubbys’ home office

You can’t miss the enthusiasm the Three Birds have for Intrim Mouldings. Watching Episode 6 of Three Birds TV we got to see Lou’s study come to life with the use of a super large chair rail profile Intrim CR20. This beautiful chair rail created the divider for the 2 tone colour look, with Dulux Cat Mint, the pick for the green paint.

The magical wide hallway connects the rooms of this home. The Intrim Skirting boards lead the eye down the hallway to the beautiful Luxaflex plantation shutters at the end

The guest bedroom and bathroom feature warm tones and delicate gold features. The consistent use of the Intrim SK81 Skirting & Architraves ties the rooms to the rest of the home seamlessly.

The home office above the garage opens to a light filled space with ample storage. The Intrim SK81 135mm architraves feature heavily surrounding the doors as a design feature at the end of the room.

Episode 5 revealed the Boys Bedroom and Boys Media Room

This double bedroom for the boys creates the wow factor creating a feature of the ceiling and matching painted Intrim SK-81 Skirting Boards. The windows and doorway architrave to the ensuite remained the white to match the shutters and wall paneling. However they look superb painted blue to match the doors.

The private entrance to the boys very own media room is divine, giving the kids their very own space to play and watch movies. This attic room features Intrims WB01 Wall Battens to stunning effect as a ceiling and wall treatment.

The 90mm Intrim WB01 Wall battens meet the SK-81 285mm Skirting Boards.

Episode 4 revealed the Front of the House, The Entry Lounge, Family Lounge and Dining Room

Louisa and her family love to entertain and there’ll be no shortage of places for friends and fam to sit, chat and relax in this home! The scale of the home is revealed in the entry and formal lounge with soring ceilings needing an equally sky-high skirting boards to provide balance. The extra tall SK81 Skirting boards are 285mm high, which is as high as they come. The timber profiles used throughout the home provided the much needed balance and connection between each room.

The Dining Room features a stunning bar trimmed in Intrim Half Round Timber Moulding HR60. A reverse of the Concave Moulding used in the pool house, the individual profiles are positioned on mass next to each other to create this affect.

A bay window seat is trimmed with the gorgeous SK81 Architrave in 135mm. A perfect combination with the Luxaflex® shutters.

Episode 3 revealed the Master Suite, WIR & Ensuite

Creating a a relaxing parents’ retreat couldn’t get any better for home owner Louise and her hubby. Why would you ever leave in this large gorgeous space #AustralianStaycation. The SK81 Intrim Timber Mouldings featured throughout the home complement perfectly with the luxurious finish.

Episode 2 revealed the entrance from the garage into the Mud Room, Powder Room, Laundry and Kitchen complete with Butlers pantry.

What could be more inviting than coming home to this cutie, waiting snuggled next to the gorgeous sky-high 285mm SK81 Intrim Skirting.

The SK81 Skirting and matching architraves beautifully frames the floors, walls and windows. Providing a premium feel for this quality home.

The kitchen opens through to the rest of the home, that will be revealed in future episodes.

The Pool House

Episode 1 revealed the amazing Pool House.

The ultimate entertaining space that doubles as a guest house when the party kicks on and the friends and fam stay over. Overlooking gorgeous bushland, this resort feel was enhanced with Intrim Mouldings throughout. Intrim CC60 Concave moulding wraps around the curved front of the bar / kitchen and daybed. It is without doubt the centre piece of the pool house, looking glamourous and sophisticated.

Super sky-high Skirting SK81 – 285MM and large architraves SK81- 135mm add to the feel of Luxe.

In the multipurpose room Wall Battens (WB01-90mm) were used to create a modern twist on the traditional chair rail. This visual horizontal features beautifully frames the wallpaper featured in the lower 3^rd of the wall height throughout.
