This Modern French Provincial House fondly named The Magnolia was built by Rosewood Homes. It is an eye-catching, stylish home with plenty of character so it’s no surprise it won the 2022 HIA NSW Region Project Home of the Year. Rosewood Homes are a third-generation family-owned building company operating for nearly 70 years and setting itself apart from the mainstream builders through its specialist builder servicing and quality workmanship.

The HIA judging is based on a number of things including floor plan design and functionality, quality workmanship and building techniques. Intrim provided the timber mouldings for this award-winning home and pride ourselves on providing quality materials and helping create luxurious homes at a responsible price. For this 5 bedroom two story house, the client brief was classic French Provincial with a Hamptons twist. It consists of split levels through the ground floor, which allowed for 3.6 metre high ceilings through the back areas of the home, creating a grandeur atmosphere in the kitchen, dining, living room and alfresco area. SK767 skirting boards and architraves make quite the impact throughout this house featuring in just about every room and creating a sense of continuity between spaces.
