Lakehouse Transformation

If you’re a fan of Channel Nine’s The Block you’ve definitely heard of Kirsty and Jesse. They were the ultimate power couple on the 2021 season, turning one of the biggest houses The Block has ever featured into a stunning Hamptons mansion. These two have been very busy since wrapping up their time on The Block with country singer Kirsty releasing her new album ‘Wild’ and the pair also starting their own podcast. If these two weren’t busy enough they have taken up the tools again. This time renovating their own home called – The Lakehouse Reno. A Coastal-styled home that has undergone a beautiful transformation with some jaw-dropping before and afters.

Intrim couldn’t have been happier to supply the timber mouldings which feature throughout this home including; SK498 skirting boards and architraves, CR45 chair rail, VJ Board Pro 150, SN03 sill nosing around the windows and IHR04 handrails.

Lakehouse Living/Dining

This open-plan living/dining space truly encapsulates Hamptons living with SK498 skirting boards grounding the space beautifully. VJ Board Pro 150 was used on the ceiling and walls of this room adding detail and character. You will also see Intrim IHR04 handrail clear coated in Vic Ash, paired with the timber flooring it provides safety and style all in one.

SK498 skirting boards are the finishing details that let this Coastal Kitchen truly shine.

SK498 architraves frame the window and are paired with these matching white shutters.

Lakehouse Guest Bedroom

The beadboard wainscoting is created using a VJ Wall Panelling paired with CR45 chair rail and SK498 skirting boards. SN03 sill nosing was used to dress up the windows.
