A Home Designed for Living and Entertaining

Studio Trio’s brief was clear: to create a contemporary interior infused with cutting-edge trends, while honouring the architectural charm of the original home. From the moment you step inside, it’s clear this home has been designed to impress and welcome in equal measure.

Chevron floors set a dynamic foundation, while elegant wall panelling, statement lighting, and luxurious black and rose gold bathroom fittings create an interior that’s both striking and inviting. A refined palette of crisp whites, natural timber accents, and touches of pink bring warmth and subtle femininity into the space—especially in key areas like the powder room and kitchen.

Details That Elevate the Everyday

What sets this project apart is the attention to detail and the layering of architectural elements that bring depth and sophistication to each space. Intrim’s timber mouldings were specified throughout the home to add that all-important finishing touch and deliver a feeling of polished cohesion.

Our SK840 profile was chosen for the skirting and architraves. A refined profile that complements the clean lines of the home while adding visual interest to transitional spaces.

Our IN04 inlay moulds and CR22 chair rails were used together to create classic wainscoting, adding texture and timeless elegance to key living areas, enhancing the home’s architectural presence.

These Intrim profiles help define the home’s unique character, seamlessly integrating with feature wallpapers, custom joinery, and architectural lighting to elevate the entire interior experience.

Where Function Meets Flair

The design also focused on practical luxury—creating zones for family living and entertaining. A banquet-style dining area, a powder room with personality, and a dedicated bar add function while doubling as design highlights. The kitchen, anchored by the bold veining of New York Marble, becomes the visual heart of the home, balancing strength and softness with its pairing of black finishes and blush-toned accents.
