Walls of Wainscoting

When Masterton the award-winning building company first discussed this home with us for a very special client, we knew it was going to be something special. A true testament to Masterton the home is complete with a sweeping staircase, large welcoming rooms and beautiful finishes. The mouldings for this home were a key design element to deliver their French Provincial vision and as you can see they created quite an impact.

The Raised Panel Wainscoting features in every room and was created using CR42 chair rail and IN26 inlay mould and truly goes to show the transformation wainscoting makes when used in a home like this. Wainscoting is an affordable way to add luxury to your home and is a small investment compared to the significant impact and value it creates. The white-on-white effect of the walls against the dark wooden flooring creates a Luxe Parisian look, creating clean sharp detail. SK24 skirting boards and SK369 architraves were used to add gorgeous detailing to the walls and doorways of this home. You will also see featured CM28 cornice mould throughout the home and SB01 skirting blocks installed at the bottom of doorways where the architrave meets the skirting boards, adding that little extra detail.

This custom home was recently announced as an award winner of the 2022 HIA-CSR NSW Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards for the New Kitchen category. It was also nominated as a Finalist in the Custom Built Home category.
