Intrim Mouldings in Tattersalls Club

Come see all the details that make up the heritage-listed Tattersalls Club in Brisbane Queensland. Originally built in 1926 this Art Deco-styled building is home to one of the most prestigious social and sporting clubs in Brisbane CBD. The Conservatory Dining Room has been renovated to complement the heritage of this building. Whilst adding a contemporary style that is warm, natural and detailed.

Intrim mouldings were used to balance the fine line between traditional and modern styling. Extravagantly high skirting boards feature in the dining and administration centre of this building using a combination of three different skirting profiles stacked on top of each other. Including SK17 along the bottom, SK38 in the middle and SK56 on top. Another prominent feature is the ceiling which used CR113 chair rail to ingeniously create the ceiling wall battens, creating a modern-styled coffered ceiling effect.

 

The sky-high detailed skirting is comprised of three different skirting board profiles. Including SK17 along the bottom, SK38 for the middle and SK56 on top.

 

   

The detailed coffered ceiling was created using CR113 chair rail for the square ceiling battens.
