Is SK800 suitable for carpet, timber and tiled floors?

Yes. SK800 can be used with carpet, timber flooring, and tiles when the installation sequence and required floor clearances are planned correctly.

For timber or tiled floors, Intrim recommends installing and protecting the finished floor first, followed by the Shadowline skirting and plasterboard. Alternatively, the skirting can be positioned to allow the flooring to be installed later, provided the installer allows accurately for flooring thickness and expansion requirements.
