Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for use within the promotional period and must be redeemed before the stated expiry date. Vouchers cannot be extended past their expiry date.
2. Non-Transferable: The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor is it redeemable for any other promotion or discount. It is valid for one use only per customer unless otherwise stated.
3. Inclusions: The value of the voucher includes 66×18 SK23/498/445/342 skirting and architrave only. 5 square meters of wainscoting or VJ board. Wainscoting: The wainscoting must be from either the Hampton or French Provincial package only. VJ Board: The VJ board is for internal, non-wet areas only.
4. Exclusions: Any variation outside of the specified inclusions, such as additional or alternative products, will incur an additional cost. These additional costs will be based on the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the item at the time of redemption.
5. Pricing: The voucher value is calculated based on the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the included products and the Harmony 32” model at the time of issuance. Prices are subject to change in line with RRP fluctuations.
6. Australian Consumer Law Compliance: This voucher complies with the Australian Consumer Law. The voucher does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and goods purchased using the voucher will be covered by standard consumer guarantees. If there are any issues with the product(s) provided under this voucher, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund as per Australian Consumer Law guidelines.
7. Refunds and Returns: Refunds or returns for items purchased using the voucher will only be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. No cash refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of the voucher.
8. Loss or Theft: The company is not responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers. Replacement vouchers will not be issued.
9. Usage Limits: The voucher is only applicable to the specified products listed in the inclusions and is subject to availability.
