The design centres on creating a home that feels both relaxed and considered, where each space responds to light, outlook and lifestyle.

Natural materials and classic silhouettes define the interiors, bringing a sense of familiarity while maintaining a refined edge. A neutral palette runs throughout, punctuated by subtle contrasts that add depth without overwhelming the spaces.

Open Living with Defined Zones

At the heart of the home, the kitchen anchors an open-plan living and dining area that feels light and connected. Two lounge zones sit within this space, each with its own character, allowing for both shared and more intimate moments without disrupting the overall flow.

Custom joinery features throughout, introducing warmth and personality while maintaining consistency across the interiors. In the master suite, this approach continues with a layout that references a hotel-style retreat, complete with a sitting area positioned by the fireplace.

Detail, Scale and Continuity

A defining architectural moment is the 20-metre hallway, lined with VJ-style wall panelling and softened by linen sheers. This transition space creates a considered journey through the home, linking the main living areas to the private guest zones.

Intrim’s SK568 185mm skirting and 115mm architrave, features throughout, providing a consistent base detail that supports the home’s proportions. SB01 skirting blocks complete the junctions, reinforcing a clean and resolved finish across each space.

The result is a coastal home that feels balanced and cohesive, where materiality, proportion and detailing work together to support a relaxed yet refined way of living.
