Rachael Turner from Front Porch Properties is back with a brand-new project that is guaranteed to take your breath away. Located on the Queensland Coast this home has all the design elements that make a Coastal Hamptons home.

From the moment you enter you are greeted by VJ Panelling on the walls and ceiling which adds an element of charm and detail. Making your way through to the kitchen and living areas you will be flawed by the amount of gorgeous detailing including the true star of the home, the coffered ceiling. Rachael wanted to design a coffered ceiling that would suit the mood of this beach-style home so opted for Intrim VJ Board Pro 100 to match that coastal vibe. She then used DAR boards as the battens spacing them in a grid format with IN33 inlay mould lining the boxes to add that little extra detail.

Throughout the rest of the home, there are plenty of details to catch your eye including WB01 Wall Battens that created a gorgeous feature wall in the bedroom as well as large detailed SK366 skirting boards and SK392 architraves that dressed up the floors, walls and doorways throughout.

There is just so much to love about this beach-style kitchen. The kitchen bench with DAR battens creating the cross pattern is just one element we love. As is the Board and Batten wainscoting which again used DAR battens to create the gorgeous detailing.

Talk about beach-style living. This living room is everything coastal and more. A continuation of the board and batten wainscoting and beautiful coffered ceiling detailing that used VJ Boards,  DAR battens and IN33 inlay mould as the scotia within the grid, finishing off the look perfectly.
