Cape Cod style in Queensland

Another stunning project by Rachael Turner featuring a large selection of Intrim Mouldings throughout this bespoke build.

Front Porch Properties Carrara Cape Cod

Carrara Cape Cod is Rachael Turner, Front Porch Properties very first Cape Cod style home build, so she was naturally extremely excited about this project. Rachael a QBCC licensed builder turned to Intrim Mouldings to deliver the large amount of quality timber moulding detailing required for this statement home.

The house is 460SQM, featuring 4 bedrooms, all with ensuites and walk-in robes, a double garage and pool. There is plenty of space enjoying open plan dining & living off the kitchen in addition to the dedicated home theatre, craft room, hobby room, and large alfresco entertainment area off the kitchen. A mudroom, separate laundry, and pool bathroom off the outside pool deck make a seriously great house for a family that loves enjoying the Queensland weather and entertaining.
