Heritage Warehouse No 1 Lacey Apartments

No 1. Lacey is a 1912 built heritage listed warehouse set in the in heart of Surry Hills NSW. Long gone are the days of its use as a luggage manufacturing warehouse, No 1 Lacey has been converted into 38 luxury apartments displaying some of the beautiful historical features of the building such as timber columns and beams, extensive face brick walling and oversize time arch windows.

These apartments are modern but grungy and industrial, and certainly pay homage to the history and heritage of the building.

Made Property Group developed this wonder piece of architecture, and Intrim supplied Intrim SK21 custom skirting in 200mm high x 18mm thick.
