Carrington House Stage 2

Naomi Findlay is back and this time it’s all about extending her charming Carrington House. With a dilapidated building in the backyard that has seen better days it was Naomi’s dream to knock down the old structure and extend her current studio to include a bathroom, laundry, kitchen, living space and open air deck area. Naomi made the best use of the space she had especially in the bathroom and laundry and proves that small spaces can be magical.

The end result is a beautiful extension which flows seamlessly with the rest of the home with a continuation of Intrim SK498 skirting boards and architraves, CR22 chair rail and PR20 picture rail which were used in stage one of Carrington House.

Living/Dining Room 

Dreamy, cozy and with a charming mix of old and new furniture. This living/dining area contains P20 picture rail, CR22 chair rail and SK498 skirting boards and architraves.

Kitchen

Gorgeous PR20 picture rails, CR22 chair rails and SK498 skirting boards and architraves add dimension and stylish practicality to this baby blue kitchen.

Bathroom 

   
Beautiful aqua blue tiles were finished off with CR22 Intrim chair rail .

Laundry

   
This lovely laundry used the same tiles as the bathroom as well as a continuation of the CR22 chair rails which caps off the tiles. Thick SK498 architraves frame the window and door frame.
