Terms & Conditions

1. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Open to approved INTRADE trade account holders only, placing orders via INTRADE only.
3. Entry is only open to permanent residents of Australia. Where an entrant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must provide written permission for the entrant to participate.
4. Promotion commences at 12.00pm (AEST) on 1st October 2025 and closes at 5.00pm (AEDT) on 31st October 2025, or once the first 50 qualifying orders are redeemed, whichever comes first.
5. Applicable to new orders only, placed on INTRADE between 12.00pm (AEST) on 1st October 2025 and 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31st October 2025. Orders outside of these dates will be ineligible.
6. Offer: One (1) reward per eligible order when order subtotal (ex GST) meets or exceeds: $3,000 (YETI 1.9L drink bottle valued at RPP $100) / $5,000 (YETI Rambler Beverage Bucket valued at RRP $230) / $8,000 (Weber Baby Q [Q1000N] Gas BBQ valued at RRP $369). Reward values are in Australian dollars and correct at time of publication. Intrim Group Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the reward after that date. Note – colours may vary depending on product availability.
7. Redemption: Reward can only be redeemed online through the completion of the entry form and must include the Intrim order number, contact details, and delivery address. Maximum of 5 order redemptions per company, account, or customer. All redemptions must be received no later than 5.00pm (AEDT) on 7th November 2025.
8. Account customers must be within their agreed trading terms with Intrim Group Pty Ltd to be eligible to receive their reward. Your account status will be checked prior to dispatch.
9. Limits: One gift per order. Not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash/credit.
10. Stock: Rewards while stocks last. Intrim Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute a comparable reward of equal value should a reward becomes unavailable. Rewards will be dispatched after the promotional period.
11. Returns/Cancellations: If a qualifying order is fully/partially returned or cancelled so that it no longer meets the threshold, the reward must be returned (unused) or its RRP may be charged.
12. In the event of a dispute Intrim Group Pty Ltd’s decision is final and binding, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
13. General: Intrim Group Pty Ltd may vary, suspend, or cancel the promotion in unforeseen circumstances.
14. Compliance: This is a gift with purchase and trade promotion permits are not required in this instance.
15. Employees and their immediate families of Intrim Group Pty Ltd and their agencies and companies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
16. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001(Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non Excludable Guarantees, Intrim Group Pty Ltd (including their respective officers, affiliated companies, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, illness or death of any person; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including to the fullest extent permitted by law, due to Intrim’s negligence.
17. In consideration of the acceptance of the entrant’s entry, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the entrant releases and forever discharges Intrim Group Pty Limited from all claims that the entrant may have or may have had but for this release arising from or in connection with any entrant’s participation in this Promotion and a winner’s acceptance and use of the reward.
18. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any reward is the responsibility of the winner.
19. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the rewards and these Terms and Conditions where relevant.
20. If any act or omission, event or circumstances occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which prevents the Promoter from complying with these conditions of entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
21. The Promotion commences on 1/10/2025 at 12:00am (AEST) and entries close 19/12/2025 at 5:00pm AEDT. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of payment of an invoice being received by Intrim Group Pty Limited, and not at the time of transmission of payment by an entrant.
22. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering into this Promotion, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes of the Promoter.
23. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to Intrim Group Pty Ltd collecting the entrant’s personal information (“PI”). Intrim collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and for other purposes set out in Intrim Group’s privacy policy. Intrim Group may disclose PI, entry submissions and feedback forms to contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion and to provide Intrim with marketing research, to reward suppliers, State and Territory lottery and gaming authorities (as required) and to communicate with entrants. All personal details of the entrant will be stored by Intrim Group Pty Ltd subject to Intrim’s Privacy Policy. Intrim Group Pty Ltd is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants can request to access, update, correct the PI Intrim holds and opt out of receiving updates by contacting Intrim. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify Intrim.
24. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are held to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable under the applicable laws of any jurisdiction, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions in that jurisdiction is not affected. If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision would be valid, enforceable and legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with whatever modification is necessary to give effect to the intention of the parties.
25. These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
