Why is there a packing & handling fee on pickup orders?

The packing & handling fee covers the work required to prepare your order for collection. This includes picking, checking, bundling, and wrapping products so they are ready for pickup.

These preparation costs apply regardless of whether an order is delivered or collected from our warehouse. Any applicable charges will be shown before you confirm your order.
