What are your production lead times?

Production lead times commence from when the order is confirmed and payment is made for non-account customers. Our current lead times are outlined below.

Timber mouldings

• Stocked profiles = 2 business days
• Standard made-to-order profiles (not custom or Fast Trim) including FJ pine, MDF, and polyurethane = 15 business days
• Custom made-to-order profiles (including Fast Trim) in FJ pine, MDF, and fire-rated MDF = 15 business days
• Custom joinery items including curved architraves = 15 business days
• American Oak profiles, including skirting, architraves, and handrails = 15 business days

Samples

• Stocked samples = Within 10 business business days
• Custom samples = Within 15 business days

Note: Production lead times may fluctuate depending on capacity. Delivery times are in addition to production times. Check with your Account Manager prior to placing your order.
