Intrim Delivery Promise Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The Intrim Delivery Promise applies to eligible deliveries completed using the Intrim-owned delivery fleet and within designated areas.

What We Promise

If an eligible order is not delivered on the agreed delivery day, for reasons within Intrim’s reasonable control, Intrim we will refund the delivery fee paid for that order.

Refund Amount

Any refund is limited to the delivery fee paid for the affected order and does not extend to the value of the products purchased or any consequential loss.

How to Claim

To request a refund under the Intrim Delivery Promise, please contact Intrim Customer Service Team within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date and provide your order details.

Exclusions

The Intrim Delivery Promise does not apply where delivery delays result from:

• Customer requested changes to the delivery date or delivery instructions

• The customer or nominated recipient not being available to receive delivery where required

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

• Site access restrictions that prevent delivery

• Extreme weather events, natural disasters, road closures or other circumstances outside Intrim’s reasonable control

• Delays caused by government authorities or emergency services

• Any circumstance where delivery has been attempted on the agreed day but could not be completed for reasons outside Intrim’s control

• Deliveries completed by third-party freight providers (if applicable)

Additional Information

Intrim reserves the right to amend, withdraw or replace the Intrim Delivery Promise at any time. This promise is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
