Opal Aged Care, Bathurst

Opal Aged Care Bathurst is a large 9C building classification facility that represents excellence in modern day Aged Care construction. There is no surprise it was the winner of the 2019 MBA Award Winner – Commercial Projects – over $15m – NSW Western Regions recipient for it’s thoughtful design and quality health care facilities for mixed levels of dependency.

What we loved hearing from the builder was that “The construction process was a prime example of competent construction – it was finished on time, within budget and without any lost time Injury.” We’re pleased to have played a role in helping them keep their project on time and within budget.

Intrim supplied our Connecta Rail handrail system with 50mm Vic Ash timber dowel handrail, Stainless Steel joiners and bends, with Intrim HB03S Handrail brackets. Intrim also supplied a custom 150mm high skirting board which featured a square edge with a rebate.
