Modern Farmhouse Marvel
This modern take on traditional country style showcases clean lines and rustic styling, while taking advantage of the picturesque countryside surroundings.
The rustic country inspired home perched in the beautiful NSW Southern Highlands is owned and was built by the lovely Louise Keats. It’s relaxed country styling make it feel like a ‘lived in’ home that is welcoming, inviting and cosy.
Blending new and old elements help create the farmhouse vibe, such as the combination of v-groove boards and white subway tiles in the kitchen, the use of raw and aged timbers, exposed stone, matt black and aged metal tapwear and lighting.
The styling of this home lends further to the farmhouse vibe with old gardening tools used as wall art and the use of reclaimed and weathered look timber furnishings.
Intrim supplied a beautifully curved and detailed Colonial style profile, Intrim SK450 in 185mm for skirting boards and 90mm architraves.
