Kensington Luxury Reno

This luxury home in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs had the ultimate makeover by BDM Constructions. The Original home built in circa 1920 underwent a complete refurbishment & addition of a second level extension to provide the new owners with a residence that is tailored to their lifestyle. Featuring premium finishes & the highest quality workmanship throughout with Intrim Wainscoting in key rooms providing a luxury finish that complements the era of the home, while also seamlessly connecting the old with the new. The beautiful staircase Wainscoting draws the eye to the new story, and continues the traditional lower third design Wainscoting.  The 135mm high Intrim skirting boards are continued into the new modern areas of the home providing the stylish synergy throughout the home.

Wainscoting Wonderland 

This stunning lounge area with the central marble fireplace is perfectly framed by Intrim Wainscoting, that is continued throughout the hallway and staircase. The Wainscoting is achieved by using a CR99 Chair rail, square panels created using IN31 Inlay Mould, balanced with the 135mm SK62 Intrim skirting boards.

 

       

 

Kitchen Area

Intrim timber mouldings make a discrete appearance in this kitchen area, framing the doorways architrave and skirting with  SK62.
