Danmark Heritage Refurbishment

Danmark is a spectacular heritage listed home in Point Piper. The refurbishment of the home saw to honour the beauty of it Federation context while adding some modern details to suit today’s lifestyle. The Harbour views and ocean breeze was taken full advantage of by peeling back the living spaces to open them up creating a light filled and breezy open plan design.

The most unique design features if the curve at the heart of the apartment that reflects the look of the street facade while softening the transition between the new and older details.

The addition of wainscoting in the home adds another element of beauty and is an excellent choice of period detail with a modern look.
